The latest technology and tradition combine in the production hall. The most innovative stainless steel tanks coexist with traditional tanks that still retain the best qualities for fermentation. In both cases a precise temperature control is applied. The total volume is almost 1,000,000 liters.
The aging room houses 550 barrels of American, French and Central European oak of different toast. Its perfect climate remains constant 18°C for storage and aging of its wines.
After the previous phases, the wines are classified, bottled and stored to complete their development before their labeling.
